Description: Despite the fact that he is a head taller than other Elluvari, Coll-Teya is as lithe and dexterous as any of his race. His lack of heavy armour allows him to be extremely quick in battle (a fact also assisted by the light weight composition of his Laser Cannon) This means he combines the power and precision of the laser with unrivalled heavy armament mobility.
